Art and Crafts Show - Guidelines

Paintings, Pastels, Original Prints, Crafts, Holiday Crafts, Photography, Literature, Sculptures, Jewelry

(original works only; sorry, no copies, including no giclees)

          

  • Artists are eligible to participate if they are a resident of Marsh Creek, a member of Marsh Creek Country Club or a student/child of a resident or member if the student/child lives at home.
  • Pick up the entry form at the Marsh Creek Club front desk or print the pdf form found here  or via the link on the bottom left of this page.
  • Deliver your form by Saturday, March 31st to the front desk at Marsh Creek Country Club or mail to Caroline Crocker – 294 Fiddler’s Point Dr.,   or Camille Kay – 320 Marshside Dr. North,  St. Augustine, Florida 32080
  • Each entry is to be signed and identified.
  • Artists are responsible for all sale transactions
  • Deliver all work to the ladies card room Tuesday, April 10th from 1:00 PM to 5PM.  (No work will be accepted early. MCCC has no storage)
  • ARTISTS MUST SUPPLY ONE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED TABLE EASEL OR SMALL FLOOR EASEL FOR EACH ENTRY.
  • All possible care will be taken, but the show committee, MCWA and MCCC accept no liability for loss or damage to entries.
  • Work must be removed by noon on Friday April 13t h.
  • Please sign out your art submission upon pick-up.

 We do need volunteers to sit with the art and greet people in a shift of 2 hours, so please call Caroline or Camille if you can help.

 The absolute last day to turn in the form is Saturday, March 31st!!
